Terrible customer support and service

I signed up with them because they have great Fibre lines, relatively stable. However the customer service and customer support is terrible, you can't get hold of the sales or billing teams for assistance. The company has been debiting my account for Fibre I no longer us. I am trying to get the service cancelled, and the mobile app and the website portal does not work.
