Terrible Customer support and debit order system

Terrible Customer support and debit order system. My debit order was put trough by Mweb a day before the agreed due date and a day before my income was due to clear in my bank account. Due to this there is a no funds fees charged by my bank. I've logged a issue with Mweb on their system. Absolutely no call back or solution from them and their best option is to just cut of my service.
