Terrible customer service-Mweb Fibre

I cancelled my subscription with the 31st January 2024 they didnot release the line, no my new SP cant connect. To get through to them is terrible, voice prompt is annoying and frustrating . you hold on forever. they deliberately never release my line. potential new subscribers dont use mweb-disgusting service
