Terrible customer service from Mweb!

I got Fibre from Mweb and the guys from Vuma installed the ONT device on the 12th of July. The Fibre isn’t working still because the ISP must activate it and nothing is being done, almost 2 weeks later. I tried to call Mweb customer service number and all it does is to ring once and drops. Already regretting why I chose you guys, no follow up on your new customer or anything like that. It’s already a terrible service before I even use it.
