Terrible customer service ever

Worst customer service!!!! Try to them through WhatsApp. NO RESPONSE Try to call them through their call centre. NO RESPONSE Email. NO RESPONSE Log a complaint on their app. NO RESPONSE

Basically, as a client you have all these communication channels but there's never anyone to respond. I've been calling for two days straight to find out why are they still trying to charge me for a service a cancelled but I can't get through to them. Beyond frustrated!!
