Terrible customer service

Should actually get no stars. I ordered my fibre line to be moved. No one comes back to me to follow up i have to keep calling im and their call centre system is useless you wait forever. Now i have been billed R673 and i have not had wifi since 1st feb. Ridiculous customer service and they say log a query but your online system is just as useless. Worst service provider!
