terrible customer service

after 4 months of not receiving the line speeds of 400 mb and still being billed for the speed i requested a credit with no responce constantly being told once we resolve the speed we will sort out the credit. you never get a call from them and each dept forbs you off to another and you constantly get told someone will call you and nobody does
