Terrible customer service - Accounts

I have logged many queries regarding my account and able to access online, however there is always some error or another. I completed the documents a week ago again, still no response that i can access my account online.

i had two accounts opened and i was advised that they closed one, but i am still not able to do anything online as my email address appears twice. It seems hopeless.
