Terrible customer service

The service from this provider has drastically regressed over time. My internet has been disconnected for 2 months, I’ve logged a call for a technician to assess the fault at the location as well as called Mweb multiple times, but received no assistance at all.

I’ve tried to cancel my contract, I was transferred to many different departments and held on the line for 45 minutes without any assistance.
