Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I'm extremely disappointed with Mweb's service. I placed an order on April 9th, and as of today, I still haven't received my order. Despite sending multiple emails, I've received no response or updates on the status of my order.

The chatbot on their website is a joke - conversations start and end abruptly, asking for a rating as if I've been assisted. It's clear they're not interested in helping customers.

Mweb's lack of communication and delayed delivery have been frustrating. Unless they improve their customer service and efficiency, I'd advise others to avoid them.

Be cautious when dealing with Mweb - they prioritize ratings over actual customer support. L
