Terrible customer service

I've contacted Mweb numerous times for the line speed doubling promotion everytime I'm promised by an agent they will assist me, everytime they transfer me to another department or put me on hold after waiting for 30mins twice in a row I've had enough... I would like to be assisted with the line speed free upgrade to double the line speed.. Kindly call me I will not be wasting another cent on airtime for MWEB to get their ducks in a row..

Line stability is shockingly bad when paired with Frogfoot when I asked MWEB to look into it they just make excuses..
