Terrible customer care !!!!!!!!

MeWeb’s customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. It feels like the entire support system is run by bots and automated time logs rather than real people. You can be stuck waiting for over an hour just to get a response from their so-called ‘customer service’ team.
