TERRIBLE CS SERVICE

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! I have been without internet acces for a month, their customer service line never goes through. The online portal querries are not attenedend to, the portal restricts the number of queries you can log. The call centre staff is not helpfull, not in the least , all I got was I cannot help with that, I cannot do that, I was told to google the head office address and the cherry ontop is that shift supervisers will respond to an internet related querry within 3 - 5 days and this is in 2022 in an era where we work from home. A technician will respond within 3 - 6 days. In that time I am not offered any remedy and not so much as an apology for the inconvience!!!
