Terrible company pathetic useless, dont ever use them

The service is terrible. We tried to get a new installation at Mweb, and it took forever, so we went back to Afrihost because we received no feedback.

No one answered their phones, and now it's been activated, and we haven't even got a router. The chat on the app is a waste of time; no one answers you. When you phone, you wait forever, and then the phone goes dead. How on earth can you charge someone for a service they have not received?

No one replies to emails sent - it's an absolute crime and a violation of a person's right to decide what they want and don't want. I will never recommend your services to anyone, and now you are complaining because you didn't receive payment - it's like *****ing from people.
