Terrible cancellation policy and poor service.

I made a request to cancel my Mweb account and was informed that I would be contacted by a staff member to finalize the cancellation. Since then I had not been contacted and so I contacted them only to be told that the cancellation takes two months. On a product that I am not and have not been using. Not to mention the reason I cancelled which was their terrible service and poor response times. They have even made Telkom look good by comparison. I work in the IT sector and had heard many good things about Mweb for many years, this was my first time using them. It will be my last time using them. I am not impressed. I intend to advise everyone I know and work with to switch from them as well. This level of service is abhorrent.
