Terrible after service MWeb

I am totally disgusted with the lack of response, support or acknowledgement from Mweb.

My business is run from work and I cannot work as my connection is not working.

After numerous times of calling, holding on up to 45 min, emailing, webchat, still nothing!!

Now I want to cancel and still cannot get hold of anyone.

Really pathetic service
