Terrible After service

I’m not happy with Mweb after service is very terrible 😢 response time takes forever , but signing up clients takes few seconds , they need to invest on after service , my internet its been off since Friday i made several attempts to contact them , even on facebook they just ignore the DM no response , I made a decision that the money that was debited on the 15th is the last , I’m done I won’t even pay the cancellation fee , I use ather service provider this a ****
