Terrible

Strongly do not recommend MWEB. Upon order confirmation my router was only delivered a month later. I was told if I lived in a remote area it would take 3 weeks and if not then 3-5 days. I do not live in a remote area and have been without wifi for a month. Due to my frustration I requested a cancellation with my husband ID no and reference number. They refused to process it as it was not sent from his email. He then emailed them and was told we would be liable for fiber installation- when the fiber had been pre installed by previous tenants. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service
