Terrible

I got an LTE SIM card from mweb but it has never worked since I put it in my router. I can connect to the network but it says no internet, I calling into the contact centre but it takes over 10 minutes to get a consultant and by then your airtime is finished. Their app is useless I tried to log a query there but it gave me no options. When the debit order goes off end of the month I will have paid for nothing. i thought I will be saving but I'd rather go back to rain
