Terible Service from Mweb and Vuma

I have accepted that it is an impossible to get assistance from Mweb. I have been trying to get assistance for 2 weeks.

I need internet access or at least somebody who will listen to my query and take action. I have called in to you call centre and on 3 occasions the agent listens to my sad story, and they place me on hold to never return and eventually the hang up on me.

very disheartening.
