telkom/mweb *****ing my money, no contact for accounts

Cel C/mweb LTE stopped, i moved to telkom/mweb May 1; the first month i could not get connected, finally got sorted.Now i see they have taken out, *end april 427.97; *end May 258- correct; *end june 506.00. mweb webpage does not work, i cant click on any link to put in query, webpage tells me it timed out. the billinge number is an upgrade number; no use to me; i dont have email address or proper number to call. very bad show telkom/mweb. i woul advise people to stay away from them.,
