Telkom and Mweb Lte Greyton

Why does Telkom not fix the problem at Greyton Western Cape Lte has not been working for 2 weeks no help what so ever. They tell us to pay for services not rendered. Tower is broken please fix it. Contract with #Mweb and #Telkom Lte angry customer
