I am an Mweb customer and cannot complain about their service, the internet is super fast and have never experienced any issues even when there is loadshedding. My concern about them is that they are unreachable, you will run out of airtime and patience while holding the line and listening to the machine. I want to change my debit order date and I can't get hold of their agents or someone to assist me.
