telephone call centres

I have probably spent up to 10 hours between my wife and myself trying to get a fibre connection but in order to do that we have to change our account from business to private----mission impossible. Always wait at least 15 mins to actually find someone to speak to then they are not allowed to do what is asked so you get transferred and the call is ALWAYS dropped. The problems go on for ever that is just a sample. Now I have fibre and I am a metre away from the router and I either have no signal or 1 bar on either an IPHONE or Samsung and so it goes on.
