Telecommunications but no communications at Mweb.

I am quite upset at Mweb and how poorly their service and support departments communicate.

I have spent 2 weeks trying to get assistance with my internet connection and they either don’t pick up their phones, don’t respond via chat service or even respond on any social media platforms.

The worst part out of it is you’ll get a one word reply or an agent who seems to either be handling your query but they never call back or the communication just ends.

You would think they care about the message this sends to a customer but they really don’t.
