TECHNICAL SUPPRORT IS *******

Their technical after sales is ridiculous! On the phone for about 2 hours with no response and this is the second time this year I have this issue. I just need to log in and reset the password - which isn't even what I want to do but mweb has that as a security feature. Until that happens, no wifi. Definitely considering switching to another service provider!
