Increasingly disappointed and dissatisfied with overall service from MWEB. Amongst other issues, my most recent issue is that my account went into arrears and after I've paid there is no technical support to get my internet back up. A nice lady Danielle helped me with billing support - but the technical department has no reason to exist as they don't help at all, let alone respond. I've been struggling to get through since this morning
