TECHNICAL QUERIES - NO RESPONSE

The role of a SP (MWEB) is to report Technical queries to the internet supplier (Vumate). MWEB uses an app to report queries, the alternative is trying to phone MWEB, which takes on average 30min to speak to an consultant. The average response time to a Technical query is 2 days, but lately they don't even respond. I would not recommend MWEB at all.
