Technical divion with wrong Auto Attendant and my brand new package is out of data.

Technical Auto Attendant is all wrong. The options don't tie up. I selected options so many times but it goes back and forth.

Received my package and its says it's out of data! Can you believe it? Still holding on technical support for 20 minutes and I'm caller number 2. Sad.
