TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE
Experience with MWEB is absolutely atrocious. I have been trying to set up a two MWEB Talk lines since 3 weeks ago. All the technical agents are clueless and very unhelpful!! Besides the fact that I have to wait on overage 15 minute to get through to a technical assistant. The sales department is just as aimless !! The "consultants" always commit to call me back but never do. In particular Andrew Grace in sales is the most unhelpful person !!
