Tech support can't help

Called mweb 7 times in the last week! Line was dropping after every 5 minutes! Thabo from the could not call me back after holding 30 for help! I don't mind paying more for awesome service! After this interaction I tried canceling as another provider has better rates and service. Could not find the email address to send notice! Have been with them for years and won't be using them again!
