Tamsinn Johannes Excellent Service

The service I got this morning its out of this world from MWEB.I had requested a quote from Vodacom fibre and they changed the quote to a sales order,We turned back their router and told them that we are fine with MWEB.Yesterday a guy called Macolm Watson came and deactivated my line and he said he was sent by Openserve on behalf of Vodacom.We specifically told him that he must not activate Vodacom router because we don’t have it and ge still went ahead and changed my line.He had the nerve to say he did what his contracted to do.

No one was able to assist from yesterday evening and this morning I called and luckily I was assisted by Tamsinn Johannes at MWEB and she sorted my issue.If I could I would seriously take you out or send flowers.Please don’t change your attitude and keep up the good work.You listen to us to understand the issue and you are patient with us…LOl I can continue writing this review the whole day because there’s so much to say in a limited space.
