Taking my money but didnt install yet.

Been an Mweb client for a few years now, recently relocated and upgraded by contract from ADSL to Fibre. I was told Linklayer would come out for installation, however they did have not come yet. The frustrating part is that MWEB has started charging me for the Fibre contract for the past week, however i still have not been connected, so they are actually robbing me. I have phoned them twice now begging them to send someone to connect me.
