Taking me for a ride

<p>When i started with mweb they told me free router. I asked is it a dual band and she said yes. Then suddenly could not get router it was a special. After logging complaint i was told ok they will give me router. Then when time came oh it is only on a contract and i finally said ok i will pay for router. I was told Fon is the brand. Today router arrived. A single band only up to 300mbps and i am taking out fixed 400mbps with them. The make is Zyxel and retail for R462 and MWEB charge me R799. Please collect your router. I will not accept or pay for it. I have all conversations on recording. I will buy my own router and please urgently arrange my ADSL line there is already a telkom order for it and process my order as i am so tired of struggling with incorrect info and sitting without internet.</p>
