Taking forever...
I went and registered online the 12/08/2015 for a 4mbps adsl package. Then they phoned me on Monday last week 17/08/2015 and told me I dont have a data line so they going to re-submitt everything and will take 7 to 10 working days so tomorrow 28/08/2015 is the 10th day. Now today they told me they only submitted it yesterday 26/08/2015 so it will take another 7 to 10 working days and thats unexceptable
