Take too long to resolve internet connection issues

I haven’t had internet connection since last week Friday. My wifi line has still not been fixed despite phone calls to mweb. This is the second time this has happened this year. I didn’t have internet for almost 2 weeks in February. I would highly not recommend. I am utterly disappointed that I have to pay for services that I cannot use!!!!
