Take forever to answer at call center

Mweb call Centre is the ****en worst I was waiting for literally almost 2 hours just to get through to them it's pathetic that you have to wait so long to speak to an agent. I just needed to change my bank details because I can't get OTP for the app. Mweb makes so much money you can at least consider your clients and get more agents to answer calls but if i phone as a new client they quick to answer and sign up someone. I won't recommend mweb just because they take forever to answer a call. It's pathetic and unprofessional
