Switch over Fibre Line Pathetic Service

Trying for over 2 weeks to switch over my Fibre Line .Call the contact centre on *** they either drop your call or make you hang on and then drop the call ,Pathetic service.People are so inconsiderate, we are using our own cell phones at our costs to follow up .
