Surely service cant be THIS bad??

Not getting any service, don't waste your time, waiting more than a month for a Telkom line port, losing business in the process. website won't let me log a query, cant topup my LTE, being charged for VOIP calls to mweb to sort out their ****, having to hold more than 10 minutes before someone answers the call, cant see my VOIP usage online, just all-round PATHETIC service!!!
