Support under bad management

Mweb is okay when everything is up and running, but if you want to do a transfer, upgrade, move or just require assistance then I would rate them the lowest out of any ISP.

I’ve been sitting in the support queues and probably wasted over R150 in airtime where no one has even answered my call.

I’ve been requesting for feedback on my move request since last month. They not bothered at all. Think it might feel like I’ve won the lotto when they decide to assist me.
