SUPPORT SUCK WITH ONLY PHONE CALLS FOR SUPPORT - NO EMAIL SUPPORT!

I have been a user for years but since upgrading to fibre, MWEB is driving me nuts. They aer making it impossible to contact them other than (JUST LIKE TELKOM) hawing their customers spending hundreds of rands CALLING when they are an email service provider. NO EMAIL SUPPORT!! I app**** for a VOIP phone, and left many message and a number of attempts to ask them to port my Telkom number.. NO LUCK.. They simply Sms'ed me a new number - NO-ONE CONTACTED ME AS PROMISED!! Unless you have hours to wait on a phone and money to do so.... DOnt try to contact them!!!
