Support extremely poor

The hold-on company. Chat just at bad with no replies even when promting for it 15 and 20 minutes into the conversation. I used to have four product with this outfit and cancelled all but my email address with them for practical reasons, but would if I could. I have never had such a poor performance even from TELKOM as an ISP. Settle for Afrihost instead where they perform strides better.
