Super Terribele Service Provider - Does not deliver what you pay for.

There is more downtime in their internet than anything else and if it is not downtime it is a drop from a 1GB line to a measley 5mb/s, we always have an issue with the fibre at some end, and the call centre does not sort the issue out at all, when we used to be with screamer, we had no issues portraying services, they delivered a service to the clients and a personal one too... - We pay through our noses to ensure that we have internet up and running for our families at the end of the day, yet the services that you pay for does not even exist. Looking on previous comments and posts to MWEB, they do not even care what the client basis thinks of them, yet they still get their money from the clients every month and move on, no responces to improve their services what so ever. Ultimately Pathetic... Guarenteed that a few others feel the same.
