Super Bad Customer service and empty promises to make a sale

A sales agent Beekay promised that a techinical will come out to link my modem and booster modem once i transferred to MWeb, he even specified that the supervisor knows about it. This was not the case and after 2 months, I still have no wifi.

Andile, another sales agent was rather rude and told me there are no supervisors to talk to or ro report to!!! I still dont have wifi

So on 14 December 2016 I started the process to move from Telkom to Mweb as landline and service provider. Apparently this is a 5 day process (today 1 Feb I still dont have wifi). My main rooter DualPlus and booster rooter DLink was completely messed up by Telkom, thus the decision to move. When I spoke to the sales agent, Bokgang Mokgatle, he repeatedly promised (even on email see below) that a technician will come out to solve this problem. I had to follow up with him numerous of times. I even spoke to another sales agent, Andile, which told me there are no supervisors/managers I can chat to (Nice place to work at heyh)... Never the less only a week ago my landline and data was transferred to MWeb. Now i await the technician as the two rooters do not talk to one another and my DLink has no security pass so my whole community is sponging off my data and I cant connect to DualPlus...only to find out that MWeb does not have any techincians to call out. WOW!!!! A very friendly and helpful technician, Warren tried his very best to assist, but even he could not connect my DualPlus. Now I would like MWeb to send out a technician on their cost to please come and sort out this ***** up as promised by your representative in the first place. I have not had secure wifi in 2months!! (can you just imagine what my phone bill is like) Come now - did I move from bad to worse (my opinion)???
