Super bad customer service
What a bad experience I still have with Mweb. Not only am I waiting for 12 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I just moved from one adress to another so I'm trying to move my wifi aswell as a existing Mweb customer. And what a struggle it is to get hold of someone who can help. This is not only super frustrating but also super unprofessional from big compony Mweb. And also they want me to rate the call and then ask for email adress then I send the email adress then they say it's not on thier system. What a joke really. I'm so unhappy with this service.

We understand how frustrating this has felt, especially when you’re simply trying to move your existing service and get assistance. This process should always be smooth and clearly communicated, and this is not how we want our customers to experience support. We would like to get clarity so the matter can be addressed correctly. On the order, the status reflects as completed, however we need to confirm the following:
Is there an existing Openserve fibre installation already in place at the new premises, or
Does Openserve still need to attend the premises to complete the installation?
Confirming this will allow the relevant team to take the correct next steps without further delays.
Please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with confirmation of the above,, so we can ensure this is followed up and progressed appropriately.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
