Sugarcoated Incompetence

ISPs in South Africa are a joke.

After having trouble with one ISP, I moved to MWEB. They offered a cheaper deal than what I was previously looking for, and promised to have my internet up in a few days.

A week later, still nothing, and all they can say is that the line is not available for them to use yet, but I've given them PROOF that Vumatel and the previous ISP have freed the line for them.
