Such a PATHETIC and ********** company!!!

I signed up with Mweb on the 3rd of August 2016.

From the very first day I regreted signing up with them!

We kept on paying them each month the exact amount that the contract said with the correct reference number and even sent them an email each month with the reference and all the information that they needed, but they kept saying and emailing me that my account was unpaid.

This went on for about 4 months.

After that, they kept on billing us the incorrect amount and it took us weeks of calling and emails and fights to finally get that fixed.

Now, I do not even know how the hell they did this next thing, the account and contract is all under my name, my email, my cell phone, my land line number etc.

After we paid them, they debited my husbands bank account!!!

Now Number 1. How the hell did they get a hold of his account information???

Number 2. I never EVER signed up for debit orders!

Number 3. It was once again the incorrect amount!!!!!

After we got that sorted out, They let us know that there will be a price increace from the 1st of January 2017 (Which is fine and I can uderstand that)

But, from the 1st of January 2017, at exaclty 19:00 each night, our line speed goes from 4 Mbps to a REDICULOUSLY slow speed of 0.03 Mbps!!! And this lasts all night.

On avarige, we call Mweb atleast twice a day. I have gotten reference numbers and tickets have been logged, but they NEVER EVER contact me or call me back, even though they say that they will!!!!

I was extremely relieved when I remembered that I only signed up for a 6 month contract.

BUT!!! When I logged into my Mweb account, it said that I have a 12 month contract!!!!

I have emails and proof that I only signed up for a 6 month contract NOT a 12 month contract!!

I then went through all of the emails they ever sent me, and on a news letter, at the very bottom of the email in fine print, it said that I now have a 12 month contract and my continued use of the service confirms my acceptance of the terms!!! Who the HELL gaves them the right to change my contract without my permission and have the audacity to put the notification in a news letter at the bottom of the email in FINE PRINT!!!!!!!!

If I could give them a rating out of 5 stars as done above, I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!!!
