substandard service from Mweb!!!

I paid but there is still no internet/connectivity. Don't even wanna talk about their support team cause they are subpar, IN EACH AND EVERY CHANEL!!. even when calling , it sounds like they don't wanna assist. The guy didn't even try. Can my query please be resolved, I cannot pay then not be able to use the service I paid for. Yesterday's ref was MWB***0. I was told by Sandiso that someone will call me but still nothing. I have to give you guys an award of being disappointing. Can I be contacted and can my query be resolved.

Today via online channel, I spoke to Mveleli she/he tell me I will only be assisted tomorrow... what is that? you guys don't take your customer's serious!
