Subscription incorrectly cancelled instead of upgrade

Subscription incorrectly cancelled by mweb where they were only suppose to upgrade my subscription to a 10gig. Now you get NO ONE to assist on the telephone. You hold on for 8 minutes or more just to get cut off. They also billed me double this month for no reason at all!!.
