Stuck with useless product
I signed up with mweb hosting weeks ago. Part of the reason I signed with them was because they said there were apps available to assist me with building a website. I have not been able to do anything and my emails get generic responses about escalating my problem and so on. I don't want to be escalated, I want to be helped please.
